JOB PURPOSE

Service Specialists work closely with customers throughout the commissioning cycle. They are responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with manufacturing or engineering teams in designing and testing instruments (20%)
2. Train customers on instrument operation (10%)
3. Test instruments before shipping according to specifications (20%)
4. Perform troubleshooting of instruments (15%)
5. Maintain instruments at customer sites (15%)
6. Assist with installation, training, and commissioning at customer locations (20%)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of related experience or training.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be mobile and able to lift up to 20 kg. This is considered medium work.
