Description du poste

We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our Paid Acquisition team and help develop and optimize our digital media strategy.

Team and Role Overview

You will be part of the Performance Marketing division, directly reporting to the Affiliates Growth Lead, who oversees the Affiliate program, Adnetworks, Direct Deals, and Performance Influence channels. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams—including global media data, brand, and studio teams, as well as external advertisers, media, and tech solutions—on defining, executing, monitoring, and reporting all Media and Acquisition operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage, develop, and execute the Affiliate program to acquire new engaged paid users through digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand preference and consideration.
  2. Manage, develop, and execute top Direct Deals.
  3. Participate in data analysis and reporting:
    1. Develop and monitor metrics, provide weekly and monthly reports to management, and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover strategic insights and action plans.
  4. Improve user acquisition journeys (collaborating with the product team) and campaign quality (working with data/analytics teams) to increase the lifetime value (LTV) of acquired users.
  5. Participate in enhancing brand notoriety and Deezer's global influence:
    1. Create, manage, and optimize online branding campaigns (with the brand marketing team) for specific branding initiatives.
    2. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and develop new initiatives.

This apprenticeship begins in October 2025.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Some experience in online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition, and marketing analytics. Experience managing an Affiliate program is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with product, data, and/or analytics teams on technical tracking specifications, especially for mobile products.
  • Highly analytical, with expert-level skills in Excel, good knowledge of Looker Studio, and familiarity with data visualization tools and report analysis.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
