DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Recruit / look for new Affiliates / IBs and maintain relationships with current Affiliates / IBs
  2. Maintain / monitor affiliate programs and activities
  3. Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
  4. Search for Affiliate / Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate program
  5. Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
  6. Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
  7. Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
  8. Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results or need to be improved / discontinued
  9. Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities
  10. Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO
  11. Write marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas / bonus offers for affiliates
  12. Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  2. At least 1-2 years' experience in an Affiliate Manager role
  3. Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is considered a plus
  4. Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
  5. Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  6. Exceptional planning and project management skills
  7. Knowledge of affiliate networks
  8. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  9. Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), curious and positive attitude
  11. Proficiency working with Microsoft Office package (Excel)
  12. Ability to travel to conferences and / or team meetings in other locations when needed.
