Our client, a dynamic affiliate program specializing in the iGaming industry, is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to strengthen its affiliate network and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to optimize traffic and maximize ROI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and revenue growth within the iGaming sector
- Negotiate and implement affiliate contracts and promotions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, analyzing key metrics to maximize revenue and ROI
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and analytics) to ensure affiliates are provided with the right tools and support
- Regularly communicate with affiliates to maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support and training
- Track and report on affiliate performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
- Manage bonus and incentive programs, including tracking NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) growth
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within the iGaming industry
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships
- Strong understanding of iGaming affiliate marketing and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
- Strong Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Fluent proficiency in French will be a plus
