Aerospacelab is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to connect Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Project teams, ensuring materials meet production schedules and customer deadlines. You will help coordinate manufacturing orders and logistics, while contributing to ERP improvements and supplier communications.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 3-5 years in a similar role, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination role.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate between Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Project teams.
• Release manufacturing orders in coordination with production needs and schedules.
• Organize import/export shipments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and support ERP improvements and reporting.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate supply risks and escalate as needed to protect deliveries.
