Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Supply Coordination & Logistics team. You will secure on-time deliveries, manage parts and coordinate flows between Procurement and Logistics, while supporting production planning and modifications.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain or procurement, strong ERP skills (SAP, ToDoList), and good English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial procurement.
• Technical expertise in Supply Chain management (MPS planning, stock buffer management, return/parasitic flow, ODD tracking).
• Proficiency in ERP/production tracking tools (SAP, ToDoList) and engineering change processes (DQN, MOD).
• Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken) to interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Secure On Time / On Quality deliveries and manage missing parts by driving escalations between Procurement and Logistics.
• Coordinate return and parasitic flows by selecting optimal solutions (RPO creation, SO alerts, CA reallocation/ACR).
• Contribute to production routines (MPS, ToDoList, QG) to adjust buffer stock levels and align delivery dates with aircraft planning.
• Coordinate technical modifications (MOD, DQN, QSR, retrofit) and packaging specifications (CDS) with ME, Procurement, and Production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain flows and contribute to supplier claim dossier consolidation.
