Responsabilités

• Handle engine quote requests and provide prompt shipping solutions.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to secure best rates.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs and regulatory rules.
• Represent the client to carriers and the FX L network.
• Inform customers in real-time about shipment status and changes.
• Monitor and report on margins and trends to optimize performance.
