Job summary

Leach International Europe in Sarralbe seeks a Head of Controlling to drive financial and operational performance. This business-oriented Finance leader combines strong financial expertise with hands-on execution, accountability, and a bias for fast, data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Sales and HR to understand drivers, improve productivity, and embed financial considerations in operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Significant experience in financial controlling, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow; budgeting and forecasting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the controlling activities for the Sarralbe site.
• Own monthly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Provide timely analysis of actual performance vs budget/forecast/prior year.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and translate into action plans.
• Provide business partner support to Site Leadership Team with financial insight and challenge.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data quality across reporting.
