The Exploration Company, based near Bordeaux in France, is building advanced aerospace technologies and seeking a Composite Manufacturing Technician to contribute to the high-performance thermal protection systems we deliver.

You will perform molding, infusion and curing, operate CNC post-machining, and participate in quality, maintenance and continuous improvement activities in a fast-growing industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in composite manufacturing
• Education: technical degree equivalent to an Associate’s Degree
• Proficiency in molding, infusion and curing processes

Responsabilités

• Prepare materials and tooling according to technical instructions
• Perform molding, infusion and curing operations
• Operate CNC machines for post-processing of composite parts
• Monitor parameters to ensure quality and repeatability
• Carry out first-level maintenance on production equipment
• Support continuous improvement and skill development
