Airbus Atlantic Composites in Bordeaux offers a school internship in the Methods department, supporting high‑volume production of the A220 rear fuselage and advancing draping process standardization. You will autonomously lead material characterization tests, contribute to a heating law, perform drapability mapping, and help define defrost and exposure times.

Qualifications

• Target profile: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in production, composites, engineering or aeronautics.

Responsabilités

• Characterization of Tack (Pégosité): execute peeling tests and validate drapability.
• Thermal Modeling: contribute to the development of a heating law.
• Drapability Mapping: perform flat draping tests on material.
• Material Time Management: define minimum defrost times and maximum ambient exposure time.
• Reporting & Project Management: synthesize results and communicate milestones.
