The DERICHEBOURG Interim and Recruitment agency in Saint Nazaire is seeking to hire an Engineer Methods (M/F) for one of our clients.

If you wish to evolve in an innovative environment and contribute to the improvement of industrial processes, we are looking for a Methods Engineer - Assembly Structure, specialized in surface protection and painting.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing technical projects: Qualification and deployment of new surface protection and painting solutions, aiming for continuous improvement in performance, costs, and environmental impact.
2. Monitoring and managing tests: Coordinating laboratory and production tests to validate new products and processes.
3. Supporting teams: Interacting with project managers and production teams to ensure effective implementation of validated solutions.
4. Updating technical references: Adjusting documents (AIPI, MNI, CP) based on evolutions and new standards.
5. Supporting operations: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing technical assistance to production teams.

Required skills:

• Strong expertise in chemistry and materials applied to industrial processes.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to structure and lead complex actions.
• Professional proficiency in English (for exchanges and interviews).
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with production and development teams.
• Knowledge of industrial paints and mastics, as well as aluminum and composite materials, would be a plus.
