We are looking for a highly structured, strategic, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to support our Chief Customer Officer (CCO) in supervising all pre-sales activities — including Solution Engineering, Business Value Services, Industry Specialists, and other expert teams.
As Chief of Staff, you will be at the core of a dynamic, cross-functional organization that plays a critical role in customer acquisition and success. You will not only ensure operational alignment and rhythm, but also lead key strategic initiatives on behalf of the CCO to accelerate impact, improve processes, and scale performance.
The CCO is playing a major role in leading the way in AI-powered transformation with Agentforce, Data Cloud and our C360, redefining how organizations consume and extract value from technology.

Partner closely with the CCO to drive the leadership agenda, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear action plans
Lead and deliver cross-functional strategic projects — e.g., new operating models, go-to-market initiatives, or capability-building programs
Coordinate and optimize business rhythms: leadership meetings, QBRs, planning cycles, hiring reviews, and performance tracking
Structure and follow through on major initiatives across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and progress
Prepare executive-level materials and dashboards to support decision-making at the CCO and executive committee levels
Act as a central point of contact across CCO teams — ensuring cohesion and eliminating friction as well with Sales teams
Step in as needed to resolve blockers, support urgent deliverables, or provide additional capacity to high-priority topics
Help to coordinate CXO interactions and presentations at major external events (Agentforce world tour, Vivatech, ...)
At least 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff–type roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
Proven ability to drive strategic projects end-to-end, with a focus on both structure and outcomes
Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to bring clarity to complex situations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including senior executive exposure
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm and precision
Familiarity with pre-sales, go-to-market, or customer-facing organizations is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
