Responsibilities
- Answer logistics-related questions from sales colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Process and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on time. Follow up on inquiries and track records until the case has been resolved.
- Take the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking multiple sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, Excel reports, or direct contact with the forwarder.
- Maintain reporting with shipment-related data such as ETAs, ATAs, and non-conformities based on predefined reason codes. Ensure the report is populated with the most recent data to enable proper KPI-based performance measurements.
- Identify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received their credit. Process claims against third-party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up on the created Accounts Receivables.
What We Are Looking For
- Formal education as a logistics specialist or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with data from ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables.
- Proper methods to structure and prioritize workload.
- Strong command of the English language.
