Responsibilities

1. Answer logistics-related questions from sales colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Process and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on time. Follow up on inquiries and track records until the case has been resolved.
2. Take the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking multiple sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, Excel reports, or direct contact with the forwarder.
3. Maintain reporting with shipment-related data such as ETAs, ATAs, and non-conformities based on predefined reason codes. Ensure the report is populated with the most recent data to enable proper KPI-based performance measurements.
4. Identify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received their credit. Process claims against third-party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up on the created Accounts Receivables.

What We Are Looking For

• Formal education as a logistics specialist or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with data from ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables.
• Proper methods to structure and prioritize workload.
• Strong command of the English language.
