Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist in managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
Support the team with clerical tasks, such as photocopying and scanning documents.
Assist in basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
