CGIAR is seeking an Admin Assistant to support its Internal Audit function. The role, based in Montpellier, involves providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and managing logistics for projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and significant experience in administrative roles, contributing to CGIAR's mission of sustainable food security and poverty reduction.
Duration: 2.5 days per week per consultancy until 31 December 2025, with the possibility of extension.

The CGIAR Internal Audit Function provides risk-based assurance and advisory engagement to the System Organization Management and the Integrated Partnerships Audit Finance and Risk Committee. The Admin Assistant supports the head of internal audit by scheduling meetings, administrative support, and other tasks related to activity delivery.

Functions: The Admin Assistant will provide overall administrative support for the Internal Audit function, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and support for activities.
Requirements: The role requires a qualified professional with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Portfolio Unit (PPU) Administrative Support: The PPU supports CGIAR’s project management. The support includes contracting, logistics, and document management.
Objectives: Assist in managing consultant contracts, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Both roles involve collaboration within CGIAR and with external parties, liaising with service providers and internal units.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience: Associate or bachelor’s in business administration or related field, minimum five years’ relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Experience as an administrative or virtual assistant is preferred.
Personal Traits: Strong ethics, trustworthiness, adaptability, professionalism, and positive attitude in multicultural environments.
