Qualifications

  • Une première expérience professionnelle est appréciée mais non obligatoire.

Responsabilités

  • Fournir un soutien à l'équipe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau.
  • Assister dans les arrangements de voyage et la réservation de taxis.
  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, répondre aux appels, gérer les calendriers.
  • Aider à l'organisation d'événements internes et externes.

In this context, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant-Intern for our office in Paris .

This internship is a great opportunity for a student seeking real-world administrative practice to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and international environment.

Your Main Responsibilities :

As an Administrative Assistant Intern, dynamic and organized you will :

  • Provide support to the team ensuring the smooth running of the office, scanning, printing, prepare the monthly list of purchases.…
  • To assist with travel arrangements, train tickets and taxi booking
  • Handle day-to-day operations, answer calls, manage calendars and schedule online conferences, including meeting logistics…
  • Help in organizing internal and external events
  • Requirements : Language skills : Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, reliable and service-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Very good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ideally available for a full-time internship of 6 months
  • Education : candidate with a Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma, student currently enrolled in a university program
  • First professional experience appreciated but not obligatory
