LIFESTYLE TEAM ASSISTANT / JUNIOR PA - MONACO

Location: Monaco

Salary: €4,500 - €5,000

Schedule: 6 days | Full flexibility required | Some international travel

Job Overview:

A superb opportunity for a bright, discreet, and highly organised Lifestyle Team Assistant / Junior PA to join a prestigious private office supporting a UHNW individual based in Monaco. This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury events, yachting, hospitality, or high-end client services who is now looking to transition into private office and UHNW personal support.

You will report to the Executive Assistant and support her and a Senior PA. The core responsibilities include administrative tasks such as formatting and printing documents (including emails), diary management, and lifestyle coordination. International travel may be required.

Requirements:
  • Full right to live and work in Monaco or the EU
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent administrative and tech skills (Microsoft Office, formatting, printing)
  • Calm, professional, and highly reliable
  • Full schedule flexibility, including weekends and long hours when needed
  • Willing and able to travel at short notice
  • Turkish or French language skills are a bonus

You are early in your career, polished, emotionally intelligent, and eager to learn. You enjoy behind-the-scenes work, making things happen, and take pride in precision and service. Relevant backgrounds include luxury hospitality or events, yacht charter or brokerage, villa services, lifestyle or travel concierge, or admin support in high-end environments. This is an entry point into the private office world for candidates with strong admin skills, the right attitude, and total discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily formatting, printing, and preparation of documents (high volume)
  • Admin support to the Executive Assistant and Senior PA
  • Complex diary and schedule coordination
  • Assisting with luxury travel, bookings, and itineraries
  • Social bookings and private event coordination
  • Running errands and managing lifestyle requests
  • Liaising with suppliers and external contacts
  • Supporting during travel logistics
  • Maintaining complete discretion and loyalty
