Fixed-term contract (5-month mission) from June 2025
Job Purpose
- To provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running for France, Belgium and Netherlands across FM activities.
Aims and Objectives
- To focus on administration support to FM and Engineering activities, achieving significant outcomes to allow JLL to maintain its leading edge status within the industry and our reputation with our clients.
- To support the SFM in the preparation of mandatory financial monthly reports and administrative tasks
- Raise and track all purchase order requests for France and Belgium
- Ensure invoices tracking working closely with vendors and Central Finance team
- To provide efficient administrative support and co-ordination to ensure the smooth running of the account.
- Check for the SFM that all the Central Team requests are followed by FMs and Lead Engineers
- Liaise with engineering team to ensure timely closures and completions on PRISM tasks.
- Ensure all help desk requests from the client are properly entering on PRISM
- Enter Good catches into AIMS
- Vetting and CWOC process for vendors to comply with GSI JPMorgan processes
- To help support colleagues during vacation periods.
- To assist FMs in the preparation and collation of their monthly reports.
- Support SFM and FM within any works projects in Paris
- Ad hoc duties in supporting Central Admin.

Person Specification
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- English language both written and oral
- French language both written and oral.
- Experience within a similar administration support role, supporting either FM and / or Engineering delivery.
Desirable
- Experience in computer aided facilities management system.
