Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Paris, France
Contract Type: Residential
Contract Duration: Until 30 September 2026 (potential to extend)
Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Schedule: Initial training full-time onsite (approx. 1 month), then 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customer accounts using internal platforms

  • Resolve basic disputes in SAP

  • Manage incoming messages through shared mailboxes

  • Answer and direct calls

  • Send quote requests to clients

  • Verify prices and unblock customer orders

  • Handle customer queries through the Oracle shared inbox

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems preferred

  • Strong verbal and written French communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
