Cozycozy, moteur de recherche d'hébergements, cherche un assistant administratif en alternance au sein de son bureau parisien. Vous serez impliqué dans la gestion des factures, la préparation des paies et le soutien des opérations de bureau. Ce poste vous permet de développer vos compétences tout en contribuant à un environnement dynamique et international, tout en collaborant avec une équipe diversifiée.

Qualifications

  • Actuellement en formation en administration des affaires ou domaine similaire.
  • Une première expérience en tâches administratives est un plus.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Responsabilités

  • Aider à gérer la facturation client et à suivre les paiements.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et aux déclarations sociales/fiscales.
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes du bureau.

As an Administrative and Office Management Assistant (Alternance), you will support the smooth running of our Paris office. Reporting directly to our Administrative and Financial Manager, you will be involved in a wide variety of administrative, financial, and organizational tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and international environment.

Administration & Billing

  • Assist in managing customer invoicing (via Pennylane), monitoring collections, and following up when needed.

  • Help in organizing and filing supplier invoices, ensuring proper entry and payment execution.

  • Help in participating in monthly closings and social/tax declarations.

  • Support in coordinating with the accountant and compiling necessary information for financial statements.

Payroll & Human Resources Management

  • Assist in preparing payroll via PayFit (variable elements, absences, leave) and ensuring compliance with admin procedures.

  • Take part in managing schedules, tracking leave requests, and supporting employees with their onboarding and offboarding processes.

Office Management

  • Assist in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Paris office, including managing service provider relationships and purchasing supplies.

  • Take partin maintaining a pleasant work environment by organizing office layout, team events, and cohesion initiatives.

  • Support in organizing business travel and booking rooms/equipment for meetings.


Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • A first experience in administrative or office-related tasks is a plus.
  • Skills

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel) and, if possible, PayFit and Pennylane.
    • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
    • Organization, rigor and ability to juggle several missions simultaneously.
    • Good interpersonal skills, sense of confidentiality and autonomy.
