Qualifications

• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in der Hotel- oder Gastronomiebranche.
• Präzision und Teamgeist zur Unterstützung der Kollegen im Finanzmanagement.

Responsabilités

• Verantwortung für Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement sowie die Überprüfung eingehender Rechnungen.
• Beratung und Unterstützung aller Mitarbeiter als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und Buchhaltung.

Job Responsibilities:

1. In collaboration with our central accounting team, you take care of the debtor and creditor management, warning lists, and everything related to the checking and assignment of incoming invoices.
2. You check the daily closings, manage the cash registers, and prepare the monthly closing including inventory and provisions.
3. As a financial expert, you advise and support all employees and act as the interface between the general manager and accounting in the homebase.
4. You are responsible for monitoring the financials with precision, ensuring deviations are detected early.
