  • Provide general administrative support for Administration and R&D departments
  • Assist with booking travel arrangements
  • Assist with scheduling meetings (hotel, taxi,…).
  • Participate in initiatives that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments.
  • Preparation of “BTS or Titre Assistant de Direction”
  • Demonstrated interest in administration and organization
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with online collaboration tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, embrace change, and work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong motivation to learn, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Gain hands-on experience in administrative environment within a global organisation.
