ADMINISTRATEUR SYSTEMES ET RESEAUX (H/F), Sablé-sur-Sarthe

Location: Sablé-sur-Sarthe, France

The Groupe MOUSSET is a leading expert in value-added transportation, specializing for nearly 60 years in road freight transport, with significant internal and external growth. Currently, over colleagues across France and Europe support industrials, cooperatives, and distributors. Reporting to the IT Director, you will join a dynamic team of 15 people. As the group's rapid growth and digital transition make IT evolution a priority, you will manage the exploitation of IT resources to ensure quality, productivity, and security. You will assist in migrating on-premises infrastructures of companies joining the group.

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Managing on-premises and Cloud platforms (Azure)
2. Implementing security policies and ensuring Active Directory integrity
3. Resolving Level 2/3 incidents and training support teams
4. Leading projects and continuously improving your scope through monitoring and innovation

The technologies involved in your primary scope include:

• Virtualization with Proxmox
• Stormshield Firewall, Fortinet
• Wi-Fi solutions: Meraki, Brukus, Ubiquiti
• SD-WAN: Cisco
• Switches: Dell, Huawei

This is a full-time permanent CDI position with remuneration based on experience, plus profit-sharing, company health insurance (employer contribution), and numerous benefits through CSE and group offerings. The position can be based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, Les Sables d’Olonne, or Sainte-Florence.

Qualifications include:

• Degree Bac/4 or higher
• Experience in production, operations, or support environments
• Familiarity with various operating systems, network infrastructures (MPLS / SD-WAN), and Microsoft/Google AD
• Awareness of SI security constraints
• English skills are a plus
