The Admin Assistant I carries out a variety of clerical and semi-technical duties in the department, including typing of correspondence, technical reports, notes, statements, proof-reading of completed typing work, sending faxes, receiving, registering and distributing office mail, retrieving and photocopying of documents, and other allied clerical duties in order to provide efficient operational / technical / administrative support to the assigned Department. Admin Assistant I also involves in document control activities such as scanning, uploading documents in Electronic Correspondence Management System (ECM), filing and retrieval of documents.
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by formal training/diploma in office administration/ secretarial / financial courses at a recognized institute.
