Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks
  • Managing income review schedules
  • Managing team tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Desktime, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, Coda, etc.)
  • Creating documentation and processes
  • Handling confidential employer and client information
  • Developing cost-effective measures to achieve excellent business practices
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience as an assistant or in a role requiring strong planning and management skills
  • Possesses strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in online platforms (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Canva, Gmail, Calendar, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, Coda)
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality
  • Understands industry market conditions
  • Has working knowledge of relevant technical software
  • Values quality assurance
  • Has reliable internet (minimum 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
  • Owns a personal laptop or desktop
