We are seeking for one of our clients, specialized in electrical and climatic engineering, as well as building maintenance, an Adjoint Responsable de Site - Electrician Expert in CFO/CFA Maintenance at the Senate site in Paris 6th, for a permanent position available immediately.

• Install and maintain electrical systems, both CFO and CFA, in tertiary sites
• Perform connections
• Lead a team of 4 people
• Supervise subcontractor teams under your responsibility
• Monitor progress and modifications of projects
• Organize and plan necessary resources for work completion
• Ensure tasks are carried out according to schedule and plans
• Follow procedures and rules (administrative, safety, legal, quality, environmental)
• Report daily to your hierarchy

Qualifications:

• Hold a CAP Electrician / Professional Title in Building Equipment Electrician / BEP / BAC PRO / BTS Electrotechnics
• Possess necessary certifications for CFO and CFA work
• Minimum 5 years experience as an assistant site manager
• Autonomous in CFA and CFO work

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Between €35,000 and €38,000 per year over 13 months
• Meal vouchers
• Access to CSE
