What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert technical training sessions on automotive diagnostics, ECU programming, and ADAS calibration.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and provide compelling hands-on demonstrations at customer locations.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to assess training needs and strategically schedule sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies to continuously improve training programs.
• Travel frequently within Europe to conduct impactful on-site training.

You Are

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Equipped with extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket, with deep expertise in vehicle diagnostics, ECU programming, and ADAS calibration.
• A professional with previous relevant experience in technical training, which is highly preferred.
• Gifted with excellent presentation and public speaking skills, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Capable of independently developing and delivering training courses and materials based on product documentation.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively across Europe to empower our partners and customers.
