• Strong knowledge of Group Policy design and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Kerberos and NTLM authentication
• Ability to monitor, report, and audit directory services environments
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in technical teams
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis

Responsabilités

• Lead operations management by administering, optimizing, and troubleshooting On Premise Active Directory to ensure high availability and security
• Implement directory services solutions using ADUC, GPMC, and PowerShell for complex auth and policy needs
• Oversee and improve identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and incident response
• Monitor service performance, analyze trends, and resolve issues using monitoring tools
• Act as escalation point for complex AD incidents, driving resolution and RCA
• Mentor support team in troubleshooting and process adherence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and security requirements into directory configurations
• Evaluate emerging tools to enhance efficiency and security posture
