Missions and Responsibilities:

Within the Environmental and Health Engineering Department, you will conduct acoustic and vibratory studies on industrial projects (oil & gas, petrochemical, energy transition, mining, pharmaceuticals).

You will need strong communication skills to interface with other disciplines and be involved in vendor discussions and inspections. Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing noise regulatory limits based on relevant standards
  • Modeling noise limits for interior and exterior environments
  • Recommending noise reduction methods to ensure compliance
  • Conducting acoustic insulation studies
  • Drafting scopes of work and following up on subcontracted studies
  • Evaluating vendor equipment and noise/vibration reduction methods
  • Supporting on-site noise and vibration measurements
Profile:

Engineering degree or equivalent in acoustic engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in modeling software (CadnaA, CadnaR, Soundplan) and knowledge of measurement standards. Personal skills include good communication, adaptability, rigor, and teamwork.
