As Store Manager at our Vallée Village store, you will work collaboratively with your team, providing guidance and support to foster engaging customer relationships, with your leadership taking center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Store Manager, your main role is to lead the store in all aspects. We provide training in luxury sales, management, and clienteling to support your success. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily store operations to ensure a luxurious atmosphere
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting stock checks
  • Analyzing KPIs and proactively implementing sales strategies
  • Recruiting, training, and leading your team, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations
