Qualifications

Job Description

Reporting to the Purchasing Department within the Equipment, Composite & Components division, you will be responsible for suppliers in the Sheet Metal segment.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Proposing, leading, and coordinating actions to achieve overall performance goals for your suppliers
• Consulting and selecting bids for procurement projects
• Supporting specifications based on functional needs
• Negotiating, establishing, and managing complex contracts with your suppliers
• Managing potential crises in supplier relationships (quality, commercial issues) by mobilizing relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring the relationship between your company (technical supply chain, quality) and your suppliers
• Coordinating and sharing key information within your scope
• Ensuring data quality in information systems
• Defining and deploying procurement policies or strategies for your scope
• Managing relationships with major suppliers within your scope

Job Requirements

Engineering degree with a specialization in procurement, or a business school diploma, with a minimum of 8 years experience in purchasing and an interest in technical fields.
You are recognized for:

• General knowledge of legal, supply chain, customs, and financial disciplines
• Leadership, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities, including in English
• Autonomy in proposing and recommending procurement policies
• Autonomy in contract negotiations with suppliers
• Occasional presentation of procurement issues or negotiations at senior management levels
