As a Strategic Account Executive - Small and Medium Sized Business at Lepaya, you will be a key player in our mission to transform learning and development in the corporate world. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships and position Lepaya as the go-to thought leader in upskilling solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to align our product roadmap and strategy with market trends, ensuring that Lepaya remains at the forefront of innovation in the EdTech industry.

Our target audience includes CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers) and Learning executives, equipping them with the tools they need to shape their workforce for success. What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience (+3 years) in B2B SaaS sales environment. Preferably in the (Ed)Tech or HR software space.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and/or building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with a proficiency in using modern communication and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven and motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Fluent in both French and English.

Your first year achievements

  • Business Development, acquisition of new small and medium sized customers and closing deals.
  • Independently successfully managing your own book of business (approx. 1-2M EUR).
  • Pro-actively managing relationships with HR and L&D professionals (e.g. L&D Manager, HR manager, CHRO).
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high impact and overall satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing the value proposition of Lepaya's services to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our product roadmap aligns with market needs and trends, allowing us to take full advantage of future opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
