Responsibilities

• Handle full supplier invoice cycle from receipt to payment for European and US entities.
• Act as main contact for suppliers, handling invoice, payment, and statement queries.
• Verify vendor bank details per fraud-prevention controls.
• Maintain vendor database with contracts, terms, renewal and termination dates.
• Review and track supplier invoices against budget.
• Reconcile payments against bank and cash movements and support month-end close.
• Coordinate employee expenses across European and US entities.
