A renowned airline group is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Finance Operations team. This role entails managing invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and various accounting tasks, contributing to financial insights and cost control. Candidates should possess extensive accounts payable experience in a multinational corporate environment, particularly with SAP expertise. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the processing of invoices, credit notes, assisting with payment runs, completing month end activities including supplier and bank reconciliations and assisting the current AP team and the business in getting invoices processed and suppliers paid within credit terms and in an efficient manner. Our Finance Department helps us to drive Aer Lingus’ ambition by providing strategic financial insights, ensuring rigorous cost control, and enabling sustainable growth through sound fiscal planning and investment decisions.
