Description du poste

Körber Pharma is seeking an Accounting Specialist (f / m / d) to support finance activities including reporting to the group and audits. This role involves working with local management and the group finance team. The position is half-time and based in Labège (Toulouse).

Your role in our team
  • Setup of in-house accounting (taking over from financial service providers) and independent, comprehensive processing
  • Performing checks and account assignments in accordance with commercial and tax law to ensure compliance
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Regular account reconciliation and clarification of open items
  • Reconciliation of settlements between group companies
  • Supporting the creation of intercompany invoices
  • Controlling, processing, and paying travel expense reports
  • Preparing and executing payment transactions and liquidity control
  • Implementing receivables management
  • Coordinating and preparing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Preparing documents for annual tax returns (to be prepared by tax advisors)
  • Monthly transfer of local accounting to the German group reporting according to HGB and preparing necessary reports
  • Coordinating tax matters with local tax advisors and Group Tax
  • Communicating with auditors and tax advisors and coordinating closely with finance colleagues of the German parent company
Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within an international group
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Experience working in an English-speaking environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and travel expense law
  • Proficient handling of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous work approach
  • Structured process and goal orientation, high responsibility, and cost awareness
  • Ability to actively contribute to the optimization of accounting processes
