Responsabilités

• Préparation de la réconciliation des relevés bancaires.
• Participation à la clôture mensuelle et suivi des dépenses prépayées.

Our solution operates quietly behind the scenes, embedded within popular transactional tools and marketplaces, facilitating daily transactions for buyers and suppliers.

Our core mission focuses on accelerating invoice payments by enhancing the overall payment experience and, in most instances, advancing funds. We are already working with a substantial list of customers who have successfully integrated our API, marking just the beginning of our journey to be the one-tool solution for processing B2B payments.

Job description

At Aria, finance is really strategic and a priority. Our financial challenges are ranging from making sure reporting and accounting are done on time to managing investor relations with debtors. As we are growing into both new verticals and new geographies, we are looking to structure the finance function. Aria has a wide range of financial challenges that make this role uniquely positioned at the crossroads of strategy, product, accounting and capital markets.

You will report to the Head of Finance and Director of accounting. You will work closely with the Risk, Ops and Sales teams internally, as well as with investors and external consultants.

Accounting

• Preparation of bank statements reconciliation and monitor affectation on account transactions
• Assist with data entry of invoices, expenses, and receipts into accounting systems
• Participation of the monthly closing : follow-up of prepaid expenses and unreceived invoice
• Learn and apply accounting principles and procedures under supervision

Build

• Keep improving the cash flow management and accounting processes
• Put in place sound financial management processes to accompany the company’s scaling
• Expense and accounting processes, implementation of new tools

Report

• Report on monthly financial performance to equity investors and internal stakeholders
• Report to debt financiers on a monthly, quarterly and half-yearly basis.

The ideal profile

• Above all, we are looking for someone who is rigorous and organised, and with a great team spirit
• Looking for an apprenticeship in ‘DCG’ / ‘DSCG’/ ‘Finance Master degree’
• The work-study pattern ideal : 3 days / 2 days or 4 days/ 1 day

• QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of higher education (Bac+3 validé)
• Comfortable working in French & in English.
• Good level in Excel and G-SHEET
• Knowledge in Pennylane
