Harmattan AI is a defense technology company building autonomous and scalable systems. The Finance Team is expanding, and we seek an Accounting Assistant Apprentice to support the purchase-to-pay cycle and bank bookkeeping as we build out the accounting function and implement Odoo.

In this role you will record transactions, prepare documentation, and perform first-level accounting checks across multiple entities, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Finance/Accounting degree (BTS to DCG) in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Experience with Odoo is a plus (internal training provided).
• Rigor and adherence to control procedures in a multi-entity environment.

Responsabilités

• Expense Claims: first-level review of expense reports across multiple entities, ensuring supporting documents, VAT, coding, and compliance with the expense policy.
• Manual Expense Claims: process mileage allowances by checking rates, ensuring consistency between trips and supporting documents, and applying caps.
• Supplier Invoices: record invoices in Odoo, ensuring matching with approvals as well as accurate accounting and analytical coding.
• Supplier/Bank Details (RIB): create and verify supplier records and bank details, limited to preparation and document control.
• Treasury: categorize bank transactions in Odoo ; perform bank reconciliations for the French entities.
