Back Market is seeking an Accountant Apprentice in Paris to gain hands-on exposure to accounts payable, monthly closings, and financial tools management in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with the Head of Accounting to keep our books accurate and processes efficient.

You are a hands-on, rigorous, and organized team player with strong analytical skills and solid accounting knowledge, eager to apply it in practice.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and proficient French (B2).
• Solid accounting knowledge and eagerness to apply in practice.
• Hands-on, rigorous, highly organized with strong analytical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own accounts payable end-to-end — manage supplier invoices and procurement matching.
• Keep open orders in check and ensure timely resolution.
• Be a key contributor to monthly closings including accruals and prepaid expenses.
• Manage auxiliary supplier accounts and reconcile statements.
• Champion the expense management tool and drive process improvements.
