Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks an accounting student to support daily tasks and period-end activities. You will use SAP ERP daily and Excel to monitor, verify and prepare financial data for internal reporting, while helping organize data to improve deliverables and team indicators.

This hands-on internship focuses on accounting, finance, and audit, emphasizing accuracy, data stewardship, and a proactive learning mindset within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a higher education program in Accounting, Management, Finance or Audit (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• Student seeking practical business experience to apply theoretical knowledge.
• Strong interest in accounting, audit and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Intermediate English (minimum B2).
• High accuracy and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Provide essential operational support to the team


• Take responsibility for entering, verifying and processing daily accounting tasks


• Contribute to the accurate updating of financial databases and assist with period-end closing activities


• Organize and calculate the financial data needed for the team's analyses


• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal financial reporting for the BU SF FIN


• Use the SAP ERP daily to monitor and extract accounting data


• Help structure data to improve the quality of deliverables and the team’s indicators

Requirements

• Enrolled in a higher education program (equivalent to Bac+3 to Bac+5 / Bachelor’s to Master’s level) in Accounting, Management, Finance or Audit


• Student seeking practical, hands‑on business experience to apply theoretical knowledge


• Strong interest in accounting, audit and financial reporting


• Proficiency in Excel is required (data organization, calculations and reporting)


• Intermediate level of English required (minimum B2)


• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong willingness to learn


• Knowledge of or initial experience with SAP is a plus


• Good organizational and time‑management skills (desirable)


• Proactive mindset and ease with IT tools and financial management systems (desirable)
