AniCura via Mars Veterinary Health Europe in Lyon seeks an Accountant to own accounting and tax activities for a growing network of veterinary clinics in France. This hybrid role requires collaboration with clinic leaders and a fast-moving, international environment.

You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, leverage Oracle ERP and advanced Excel, and support continuous improvement within our Shared Service Centre. Fluent French is essential, English a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' accounting and financial reporting experience in SSC, large international organisation or audit environment.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Fluent French is essential; English and US/FR GAAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

The team

You will join the Finance Shared Service Centre within Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE), supporting our French operations and wider AniCura Group network. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will collaborate with market operations, clinic teams, finance colleagues, external auditors and shared service partners. This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement are key to supporting our growth across Europe.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years' accounting and financial reporting experience gained within a Shared Service Centre, large international organisation and/or audit environment.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel capabilities
• Fluent French language skills are essential; knowledge of English and US/FR GAAP would be advantageous
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
