Accountant and Purchasing Analyst / Analyste Comptable et Achats

This role is dedicated to candidates based in Mireval, France.

Responsibilities :

• Full management of Accounts Payable
• Full management of Accounts Receivable
• VAT Management (France and European)
• Reconciliation Sox as back-up
• Bank account management
• IBS and GIE’s invoicing
• Follow-up of GIE’s Capex
• Electronic PO Management
• Purchasing : remain aligned with internal policies
• In case of absence, back-up by Mireval Accounting Manager
• Customer service orientation towards all company employees and various branches
• Actively participate in the preparation of the GIE’s “liasse fiscal”

Requirements :

At least 4 years of experience in accounting and finance within an international corporate environment (candidates with accounting firm experience only will not be considered)

Strong customer-oriented mindset, ensuring excellent service and support

Willingness to learn and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in accounting and knowledge of fiscal regulations in France

Flexible and open to career growth and development within the company
