What you'll be doing

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare accurate financial reports. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate within a team, and effective communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Manage the general ledger and oversee timely and accurate transaction postings.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
• Handle analytics reporting, including Line of Business (LOB), department, and localization accounting.
• Work within an international financial environment.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist other departments with financial requests and inquiries.
• Support payroll processing.

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of French GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience with NetSuite Oracle is a plus.
