Account Officer

Teleperformance Indonesia Account Executive Position with medical background for Our Bali Site.

Qualification

Graduate in nursing or any related fields with minimum diploma or bachelor, with minimum GPA 2.75.

English skills is a must (minimum C1/C2).

Willing to work in shifting schedule.

Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPI.

Medical data entry experience and knowledge of medical terminology.

Role includes responsibilities such as invoice management, invoice processing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Communicates with internal clients and teams.

Willing to be placed in Bali, Indonesia.
