YOUR MISSION: TO DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE GLOBALISATION OF THEIR E-COMMERCE

You will work directly with the Head of Customer Success Europe and will be responsible for :

  • Develop a relationship of trust and proximity with key accounts
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and business reviews
  • Generate upsell and cross sell
  • Build long term and consultative relationships with clients
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and business

Must have :

  • You have + 2 years experience as a B2B Account Manager or CSM ideally in payment, e-commerce, saas, transport, consulting
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have experience in developing a portfolio of existing clients
  • You have a proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build win/win relationships with clients
  • You have a proven track record of performance
  • You are bilingual in English or French
  • You speak N ordic, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or French
