We are looking for a Paris-based Account Manager Meetings & Groups (all genders) responsible for supporting event planners and meeting & groups bookers in sourcing, booking, planning, and paying for their meeting and group projects. Your goal will be to elevate the booking experience and drive customer satisfaction for bookers and planners. You will act as an industry expert, consulting bookers and supporting their self-service using HRS technology. The position reports directly to the Team Lead Operations Meeting & Groups.
