Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de projet dans l'ingénierie ou les ventes.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et autorisation légale de travailler dans l'UE.

Responsabilités

• Gestion complète du processus d'appel d'offres de 'Go / No Go' à 'commande perdue' / 'commande gagnée'.
• Coordination de l'équipe d'appel d'offres avec divers départements.

Our Brakes & Couplers Division is actively looking for a Bid Manager (m. / f.) to join its sales team (20 people).

He or she will be responsible for full tender process management. This includes bid preparation, team coordination, resources allocation and deadline management.

Location : France (Amiens, Lille, Paris, Tours), Germany (Dortmund) or Italy (Turino).

Your main missions :

• Lead the tender process from gate “Go / No Go” until gate “order lost” / ” order won hand over to project management.”
• Coordinate the tender team (Tech sales and Sales) along with other departments (procurement, quality, engineering, supply chain, …).
• Ensure Data quality in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare profit margin and risk analysis based on winning price assumptions and cost input.
• Monitor & Report: regular check on data completeness & reliability, reporting to Sales, Division and Corporate Management.

Profile required :

Seniority : minimum of 2 years of experience, experienced profiles are welcome.

Sector : industrial (railway, automotive, aerospace, equipment, …).

Experience required in: Project Management (in engineering or in sales).

Hard skills : profit margin analysis, team coordination.

Soft skills : team player, rigor, agility.

Languages : good command of English.

Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
