Une agence de communication recherche un Responsable de Compte International à Paris. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour les clients, gérant les communications et les relations avec les équipes. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion de plusieurs marques, l'élaboration de budgets et la participation à des réunions. Les candidats doivent être organisés et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication en anglais. Ce poste permet de travailler à distance jusqu'à deux jours par semaine.

Publicis Health France (145, rue de Courcelles 75017 Paris), Publicis Groupe healthcare communication agency in France, is looking for an International Account Manager (February 2026). You are an agency facilitator and trusted partner to both clients and your team. You are the 'to-go person' clients reach out on day-to-day needs. You report to the Account Lead.

Responsabilités
  • Manage one or several brands
  • Manage day-to-day communication between the clients and Publicis teams, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Help execute scope of works and communications plan across disciplines and agency teams
  • Elaborate budget plans and have them validated by the account director.
  • Administrative tasks: arrange and attend meetings and write conference reports to document the outcome of meetings
  • Take part in the selling of creations and recommendations, and in the negotiation of agency fees.
  • Keep updated the client brand strategic overview and the competitive analysis.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging platforms and trends that are relevant to our work and clients.
  • Take part in upstream thinking and creative brief for campaign making, as well as review and present concepts/layouts/copy for approval
Qualifications
  • Be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, flexible and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of nationalities
  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills in English
  • Strong service orientation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
