The Job

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PR, Sales, Content) to execute client strategies
  • Communicate with clients via email and Zoom to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and help optimize campaign performance
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts

The Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines remotely
  • Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
  • Comfortable using tools like Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
