Your role
- You are acting as Account Manager, Specialties Industrials and Cosmetics.
- You ensure the sales of our effect pigments and our functionals / actives to defined major players in the market.
- You are responsible for setting up the company's commercial policy for these accounts. In coordination with the marketing team, you ensure the launch of our new products, and you guarantee the application of our pricing policy.
- You create, qualify, and develop a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
- As a specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
- Thanks to your knowledge, your analytical skills, and your experience in these areas, you provide solutions to customer needs with the help of our technical support in Germany and in France.
Profile
- Experienced in Sales or Sales Support in the Chemistry / Surface Solutions arena.
- Highly motivated by customer interactions and self-directed.
- Excellent selling skills. Excellent time management and organization skills to maximize time spent with customers.
- Strong communication (verbal / written), interpersonal, and presentations skills.
- Fluent Dutch, French, English (written and oral).
- Resolutely customer - oriented. Flexible and resolutely turned towards innovation.
- Able to evolve in an international environment.
- Autonomous and used to work from a home office.
