We are seeking a proactive, driven, and methodical Account Manager to play a key role in our client journey. You will work with clients of different sizes (MidMarket and Enterprise), from diverse industries, and across global markets (mostly in Europe and North America but also in Asia, in Latin America, in Australia).
You will join a team of 3 Account Managers andcollaborate closely with the French and AmericanAccount Executives andCustomer Success Managers (about 25 people), as well asSales Engineers, Product Managers, and others.
Your mission will be to:
Your success is tied to our customers’ success. We see Account Managers as people who nurture the customers relationship all along.You’ll help them achieve their desired outcomes and by being present through the client’s GitGuardian journey, renewals / upsells / cross-sells will naturally follow. You see each interaction with your customers as an opportunity to help them, gain their trust and understand their needs.
